Anser Ahmad is the primary attorney at Ahmad Law Offices, P.C. Mr. Ahmad has over ten years of legal experience. His practice focuses on all immigration matters (including all filings before the United States Citizenship and Immigration Service (formerly INS), representation in removal/deportation proceedings before the Executive Office of Immigration Review, Board of Immigration Appeals, and Federal Habeas Corpus Petitions). He has aided numerous clients in sponsoring both immigrant and non-immigrant workers through H, L, and EB visa categories.
He also handles all aspects of employment law and litigation matters.
